From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed  is for stressed out professional moms who want to have more time, more relaxation, more peace during this high stress holiday season.

It’s  for you if you want new ways of dealing with holiday bustle, pressure, and obligation without guilt, dread, and trying to be perfect!

Imagine yourself gliding easily through the family gatherings, food, and festive atmosphere more relaxed, confident, supported, and grounded than you have ever been.  What if you even had fun while making it easier for yourself?  Less work, more play.  Less stress, more meaning and connection.

How do I know this is possible?  

I’ve been where you are.  

I used to dread holiday time.  The pressure to get the right gift, the right outfit, fix the perfect home, the same awkward questions about how I'm doing or what I’m doing (and the judgements coming with it).  Whether it was at home or traveling to another destination, there was a pressure to perform, have everything in place, be perfect, deal with some uncomfortable situations with a smile on my face.  

I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

Now I experience more magic with less hassle.  I can be myself and go with the flow.  I don’t sweat the small stuff (it’s almost all small stuff from my point of view).  I can be loving to myself and others while still choosing where to be and with whom.

This 5 Day Holiday Challenge is for professional moms who are stressed already and then have to deal with all the pressures of the holiday season.  It’s for those who feel burdened to do it all and please everyone while forgetting that they have any needs at all.

From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed: The 5 Day Holiday Challenge for Stressed out Moms includes:

-5 Days of strategies on how to get to the root of what stresses you out, how to turn it into motivation to do it differently

-5 Days of concrete, practical tools and strategies

-5 Days of community support

- Questions answered while you take action on making the holidays less overwhelming

- Opportunity to continue the support in a community of other moms right through Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and up to Christmas.

We’ll be meeting each day in the From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed Facebook Group starting November 15th and each morning a video will be posted focusing on a different aspect of the how stress and overwhelm can come up during this time, what to do about it, and a homework assignment to keep you on task and moving forward.

On Day 5, there will be a Facebook Live session at 12noon EST/ 9amPST where any remaining questions are answered and you’ll learn more details about how to keep the support and guidance going from the week of Thanksgiving through Hannukah, all the way to a day before Christmas Eve.
