About the Event
Starting Monday, May 3rd, we'll be meeting via Zoom from 8:30-9 AM EST. Bring your copy of The Self-Compassion Project workbook (you can purchase on my site- the pdf is printable). We'll be doing "The Game Changer" and other exercises from the book. You don't have to put on your audio or visual- just come and do the work. If you have a question, we'll go over everything in the first meeting and then we'll keep in touch in between via text or email.
