The Self-Compassion Project Club- October 2021
Time & Location
About the Event
Starting Monday, October 4th, we'll be meeting via Zoom from 8:30-9 AM EST. Bring your copy of The Self-Compassion Project workbook (you can purchase on my site- the pdf is printable). We'll be doing "The Game Changer" and other exercises from the book. You don't have to put on your audio or visual- just come and do the work. If you have a question or concern, you can stay to receive group coaching from 9-9:30am EST.
Between making the morning committment to doing the work and then receiving daily coaching as you need, you will be noticing new perspectives, insights, understandings, and abilities to address your emotions that you never thought possible.
Here's what participants are saying:
“I feel such gratitude that RIta has offered this 30 day program to work on self-compassion with her supportive and creative workbook to support me throughout this month. The guidance is gentle while challenging and helped me to touch deeper issues that were ready to be released so that self-compassion could find a place in my daily life. Journaling has become easier and exposed new options to situations with which I was struggling. Now I see a new way. Thank you for this opportunity to prioritize an activity that will have a lasting impact on my life.”- Hilary J.
"As a multiple trauma and abuse survivor, I’ve done a LOT of work on myself prior to The Self Compassion Project Club. I’ve found that there are still many days when I feel angry and frustrated that I’m “not whole yet”. Rita’s 30 Day Club met me where I was and allowed me “in” no matter what kind of day I was having. Rita and her workbook lovingly guided my inner child and me to a space where I could clearly see that I did the best I could with the broken tools (and family) I had as a child. I am incredibly grateful to Rita for giving me new tools and for holding my hand through the process. Thank YOU!"

"I highly recommend The Self-Compassion Project Club. The club provided me a safe place to focus on myself each day and do the work from the book. I often procrastinate on my own needs and focus on my family instead. This club was a wonderful way to commit a small chunk of time each day to practice self-compassion."

"I really enjoyed participating in The Self-Compassion Project Club. Having a daily routine helped keep my writing consistent, and the group dynamic was a fun way to be accountable.
Rita's workbook exercises were concise, clear, and comprehensive. Rita is a thoughtful facilitator and helped me to realize many things that I was not previously aware."
