About the Event
Starting Monday, October 4th, we'll be meeting via Zoom from 8:30-9 AM EST. Bring your copy of The Self-Compassion Project workbook (you can purchase on my site- the pdf is printable). We'll be doing "The Game Changer" and other exercises from the book. You don't have to put on your audio or visual- just come and do the work. If you have a question or concern, you can stay to receive group coaching from 9-9:30am EST.
Between making the morning committment to doing the work and then receiving daily coaching as you need, you will be noticing new perspectives, insights, understandings, and abilities to address your emotions that you never thought possible.
